1)Log in stardoll and Go to campaign page:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/roadtolondon/2)Scroll Down and Click on this icon
A question will pop up
3)Choose 1st option 'Nadia Comăneci' and Click Submit button
T-shirt should be in a Starplaza box in your suite
