1)Go USA proxy like:
webwarper.net/ OR dontfilter.us/ OR proxite.us OR sslpro.org OR speedyaccess.info/
2)Look up for a blank box in proxy, Paste this video link there
www.stardoll.com/en/video/?videoId=44
3)Click Go
4)Log in stardoll and Wait till you are logged in and video loads and starts
5)That's it, Leave the proxy, Go to stardoll as usual
